2026 Registration
Competitor Registration:
The registration will open in October 2025. Anyone interested will be able to register until December 31st, 2025.
Competitor’s citizenship: Those interested in registering for the contest must provide proof of citizenship (some documentation may be required) and meet the minimum requirements set by the country for which they wish to compete. The requirements must have been covered in 2025.
It is the prerogative of each nation to establish domestic regulations governing endorsement rights, thereby determining eligibility for a competitor to represent the country.
If a competitor wishes to compete for a specific country, he must provide a document signed by the national IMAC Director allowing him to do so. It is also each country’s prerogative to deny endorsement rights to anyone who fails to meet the requirements set by the national BOD. It is strongly recommended that the national BOD send an email to [email protected], allowing the organizing team to be informed.
Any issues observed will be notified to the World IMAC BOD to get further suggestions and possible ban of the contest.
Class Registration:
A competitor can only register in the class (or higher) in which they have flown within the last couple of years.
IMAC Argentina may request documentation to verify that the provided information is accurate.
If any doubt arises or a competitor has a complaint, it should be notified at the email [email protected]
Pilot Registration:
The registration charge is 550 USD, which includes:
- Competitor check-in and Full area access
- Breakfast for the 4 days of competition
- Commemorative t-shirt
- Commemorative cap
- Commemorative medal
- In-site Wi-Fi
- Gala dinner (Saturday, April 4th)
- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport if necessary
- All competition-related expenditures
Cheaper inscription fees are available (items in the list above will be dismissed). Write an email to [email protected] to inquire about different pilot registration options.
Caller Registration:
IMPORTANT: This option is only available for persons registered as callers by a competitor.
A competitor can call for another competitor within the same class, but they must declare the intention in advance during registration.
A competitor can call for just one competitor registered in a class different from his own.

- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport if necessary
- All competition-related expenditures
Mechanic Registration:
Important:
For the Worlds 2026 purposes, a mechanic is a single non-competitor attendee who helps a registered competitor with airplane’s mechanical issues. Cannot be a registered caller, judge, or competitor. A single mechanic will be registered per competitor.
The registration charge is zero USD, which includes:
- All area access
- In-site Wi-Fi
- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport if necessary
- All competition-related expenditures
Competitor's Kin and Companion Registration:
Important: this information must be provided by competitors during registration to be considered eligible for access to restricted areas. Some exceptions may apply.
The registration charge is zero USD, which includes:
- Mechanic-like access
- In-site Wi Fi
- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport if necessary
- All competition-related expenditures
Volunteers:
For the Worlds 2026 purposes, a volunteer is a single non-competitor attendee who collaborates as:
- Data entry personnel
- Judge
- Runner
- Line manager
- Or any other activities matching competition needs
Applications will be reviewed and authorized or rejected by IMAC Argentina. The decision will be promptly informed via email. Whoever wants to fill a volunteer position cannot be a mechanic.
The registration charge is zero USD, which includes:
- Collaborator access
- Breakfast for the 4 days of competition
- In-site Wi-Fi
- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport if necessary
- All competition-related expenditures
Controlled Access Spectator Registering:
IMAC and F. A. A. registered members can register as controlled-access spectators.
The registration charge is 15 USD, which includes:
- Controlled area access
- In-site Wi-Fi
- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport if necessary
- All competition-related expenditures
Limited Access Spectator:
Zero USD, which includes:
- Access to the general public allowed areas
- In-site emergency 1st aid and ambulance transport, if necessary, only if something happens within the allowed club boundaries
Additional Options:
Any registered participant can buy optional:
- All-inclusive lunch package: (Price tag pending)
- Worlds T-shirt: 45USD
- Worlds Cap: 20USD
Fee Payment Deadline:
Competitors:
- To be considered as a World Championship competitor, registration must have been done, and at least 300 USD must have been paid in advance.
- The remainder of the fee can be paid until January 31st.
- If the competitor misses the deadline to cover the fee, he will be left unregistered.
- No refunds will happen after December 31st.
Companion and kin:
- Deadline for registration and fee payment is December 31st.
- No refunds will happen after December 31st.
Optional:
- All-inclusive lunch package: Deadline for fee payment is January 31st.
- T-shirts: Deadline for fee payment is January 31st.
- Caps: Deadline for fee payment is January 31st.
Aircraft Rental Options:
- There are available rental airplanes for anyone from abroad interested.
- Neither IMAC Argentina nor IMAC LATAM will be responsible for anything other than providing the contact information of model leasers, nor will they hold any accountability for damages or total loss of the model.
- The number of pilots per model will be agreed with the owner of the plane.
- At this point, no standardized price range has been set, and it is up to the owner of each model to decide the final cost.
- The models, equipment, daily rental price tag, and owner contact options will be published on the website https://imac-argentina.com.ar/
- If any model is rented, all the details must be discussed in advance with the owner in terms of availability, who’s going to make use of it, and the settlement in case of a major malfunction and/or crash that could result in partial or complete loss.
