The Courtyard By Muncie at Horizon Convention Center has blocks of rooms reserved for all of our incoming guests. We have also setup a "Meet and Greet" on Monday Evening between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm where guests of the hotel will receive two (2) free drink vouchers (4 total per room) for free Beer Wine or Soda. This will be a great time to meet our fellow competitors and staff and all involved in the IWC are welcome to attend. You are not required to be a guest of the hotel to attend this Meet and Greet.
The Courtyard By Muncie Marriott is also connected to the Horizon Convention center where the Banquet, Trophy Presentations and Closing Ceremonies will be held on Saturday September 8th.
